These Criminal Petitions are filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioners who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.1581 of 2021 in Crl.P.No.9801 of and C.C.No.1577 of in Crl.P.No.9717 of 2021 on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge - cum - Metropolitan Magistrate at Cyderabad.

Since the parties in both the cases are one and the same, both the criminal petitions are heard together and disposed of by way of this Common order.

Ms. Jyothi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Amancharla V. Gopala Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the prayer has become infructuous. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission, since the very purpose of filing these criminal petitions have already been fulfilled and no cause survives in these criminal petition and thereby the

Criminal Petition have become infructuous and liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition are dismissed as infructuous.
