THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.29017 OF 2019 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in physically assaulting the petitioners and also coercing the petitioners to relinquish their share of ancestral property bearing Sy.

No.101/A5, 101/EE/1, plot No.2, admeasuring 117 sq.yds situated at Shivampet village and Mandal, Medak District, Telangana in favour of 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Article 21 of the Constitution of India. Heard Sri Ratan Singh Thakur, learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 30.01.2020, submits that the 4th respondent who is the elder brother of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition lodged a complaint dated 25.08.2019 with the 3rd respondent authority and on receipt of the said complaint, the respondent authorities made a G.D. entry and enquiry was done. During the enquiry, examined some persons in the locality and recorded their statements.

By the above said written instructions, it is stated that the petitioners were called to the police station in connection with the complaint made for causing enquiry and except enquiring into the complaint received, the respondent police authority never assaulted nor threatened them to implicate in any false case.

Having regard to the said specific assertion made on behalf of the respondent authorities, recording the same, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
