HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CC No.1889 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that major portion of the order passed by this Court in WP No.18461 of 2006, dated 30-09-2015 has been complied with, but there is a discrepancy in the measurements. Petitioner counsel seeks liberty to make a representation to the respondents to rectify the said discrepancy, as it is not in full compliance of this Court's order.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation in that behalf to the respondents and on such a representation being made, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders thereon in accordance with law and in the compliance of the order of this Court in WP No.18461 of 2006.

With the above directions, the contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
