THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.3 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.7692 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners are A.2 and A.3 in S.C.No.563 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Principal Sub Court at Warangal outcome of Cr.No.77 of 2012 of Mills Colony Police Station, Warangal Urban for the offences punishable u/sec.307 read with 34 IPC, on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant. In view of the offences relating to the A.1 already compounded as per the order in Crl.P.No.9015 of 2015 dt.09.09.2015 shown at page Nos.14 and 15 of the bundle, the petition I.A.No.3 of 2018 filed by the petitioner/complainant seeking to record compromise and therefrom quash the proceedings in Sessions Case supra against the A.2 and A.3 is allowed.

In the result, I.A.No.3 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 in S.C.No.563 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Principal Sub Court at Warangal. The petitioners/A.1 and A.2 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
