ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking any action to demolish and remove the unauthorized and illegal construction made by the 5th respondent at premises bearing No.15-51, Maruthinagar, Chintalapudi, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take appropriate action to remove the said unauthorised and illegal construction as expeditiously as possible." At the hearing, Smt.N.Radhika, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 14.12.2015, is also addressed to the Registry to

that effect.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.50141 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
