HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8621 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State submits that the Criminal Petition has become infructuous as the police filed charge sheet in the above crime and the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
