Heard Mr.Challa Siva Sankar for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents. The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or directions, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not mutating the petitioner name into revenue records and issuing E-atta Passbooks in respect of land in Sy.No.228/10 an Extent of Ac.0-75 Cents, land in Sy.No.228/14 an Extent of Ac.0-31 Cents, land in Sy.No.229/16 an Extent of Ac.0-21 Cents, land in Sy.No.232/5 an Extent of Ac.0-50 Cents, land in Sy.No.235/3B an Extent of Ac.0-79 Cents, land in Sy.No.235/2I an Extent of Ac.2-12 Cents, land in Sy.No.111/1 an Extent of Ac.0-27 Cents and land in Sy.No.132 an Extent of Ac.0-78 Cents, total an Extent of Ac.

05-70 Cents situated at Mamidaiapadu Village Fields, Kurnool Mandal, Kurnool District. in spite of the petitioner application dated 30.05.2018, made under statute and representations dated 01.06.2018 to the 2nd respondent, which is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violation of A.P.Right in Land & Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 and Articles 14 & 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to mutate the petitioner name into revenue records and issue E-Pattadar Passbooks in respect of the petitioner land duly considering his Application dated 30.05.2018, forthwith with all consequential benefits or otherwise the petitioner will suffer serious finance loss and great hardship and pass..."

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the application or representation of petitioner will be considered on its own merits and disposed of within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

By accepting and placing on record the statement of the Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
