Learned counsel for the civil revision petitioner submitted that the orders have been passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Suryapet, in the said I.A.

In view thereof, this Court observes that the orders are complied with and the extension of time is not required.

Accordingly, this application is closed.
