Majeti Kumara Swamy v. The State Of Telangana
THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.167 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard both sides and perused the material on record. The impugned order of the learned District Collector confirmed by the lower Court but for modification of the confiscation from 15% to 10% seized stock no way requires interference for this Court while sitting in revision for no illegality, impropriety or incorrectness though it is the contention that in one day there can be a concession in entering the stocks, sales or receipts in the register. Here it is not such a case to invoke such rule as beyond one day the mere existing licence no way gives a concession to not to enter the sales and not to pass receipts for the sales even admittedly stocks sold for the past two days.
Hence the revision is dismissed at the stage of admission for no grounds to admit.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
