HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No. 2 5 6 8 9 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - On instructions, it is submitted by Sri N.Ashok Kumar, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation that the 4th respondent herein had dug the pits for raising the constructions and after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the officials of the respondent-Corporation inspected the subject land and stopped the construction. It is also submitted that if any unauthorized construction is made by the 4th respondent, the respondent-Corporation will take appropriate action. The submission of the learned Standing Counsel is recorded and accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
