This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.627 of 2016 on the file of Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad District.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

However, if the petitioner/ accused is aggrieved by the filing of the charge-sheet, he can agitate the same before appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if he chooses to do so.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
