This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents/Respondent No. 3, for not granting lease hold rights in favour of the petitioner society for the year 2016-17 as per G.O.Ms.No.776 dated 31-121990 as bad, arbitrary and contrary to all cannons of law and also offends Arts.14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries for the respondents before admission and the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation immediately to the respondents 2 and 3, including by Registered Post, and the 3rd respondent shall fix a date and enquire and pass appropriate orders within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
