This revision is arising out of order, dated 04.01.2014 in I.A.No.457 of 2013 in I.A.No.81 of 2010 in O.S.No.26 of 2010 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Narayanpet, whereunder and whereby the application filed under Section 151 CPC to grant police aid for implementation of injunction order passed in C.M.A.No.1 of 2012, was dismissed. 2.

Mr.Yogesh Kumar Herror, learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

This Court notices that after 19.02.2014, the matter was only listed in December, 2018 and in the interim period, there was no complaint of violation of the order. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in all fairness conceded that the trial of the suit had already commenced and the matter was posted for arguments.

Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that no purpose would be served by passing any orders in this revision particularly in December, 2018. However, in case there is any violation of the order, the petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application.
