Heard Mr.S.A.K. Mynoddin, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent Corporation.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation, on instructions, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive, for the respondent Corporation during the subsistence of the writ petition that alternative employment was given to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, however, submits that he does not have instructions and requests time.

4. By placing on record the submission of Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary. If, for any reason, the petitioner is interested in prosecuting the writ petition, he is given liberty to seek reopening of the matter.
