HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7877 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner/ A1 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C, seeking enlargement on bail in Crime No.23 of 2018 on the file of Oravakal Police Station, Kurnool District, originally registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-A I.P.C. and later altered to Sections 364, 302, 177, 109, 120(B) r/ w 34 I.P.C. 2.

Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Public Prosecutor, as per the instructions of the Police, dated 07.08.2018 submits that the petitioner/ A1 was granted regular bail in the above crime.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
