THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.20518 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated: 27.03.2017 despite 1st respondent issuing a Memo No.19024/24/2017-BULD(2), dated:
08.05.2017 for release of the forfeited EMD by order dated: 13.11.2015 as bad, illegal, arbitrary, improper, unjust and against the principles of natural justice and against the Article 19 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to refund the forfeited Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.2,87,200/- by considering the representation of the petitioner dated:
27.03.2017 forthwith."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct the respondents herein to consider the representation, dated 27.03.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 27.03.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
