Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture appearing for the respondents. It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 03.11.2016, passed in W.A.Nos.1122 and 1136 of 2016, by a Division Bench of the erstwhile High Court for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Therefore, for reasons alike as were stated in the order, dated 03.11.2016 in W.A.Nos.1122 and 1136 of 2016, and in terms thereof, this writ petition is also disposed of.
