The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject suit in O.S.No.175 of 2006 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, was disposed of on 23.01.2015. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
