This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.410 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the XIX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died last week. Hence, the purpose of filing the criminal petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
