O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Koheer Police Station, Sangareddy District, is not registering the crime based on his complaint dated 09.06.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 2nd respondent stating that he has not received any complaint dated 09.06.2018 stated to have made by the petitioner and that as and when he receives any complaint, he will take action in accordance with law.

In view of the same, it is open to the petitioner to file fresh complaint and on receiving of such complaint, 2nd respondent is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
