HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10888 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner - accused under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail in Crime No.79 of 2015 on the file of Bestavaripalem Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506 IPC and 4 of the PCFSO Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioner are that he committed rape on the de facto complainant, who is a minor, forcibly.

The allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J October 26, 2015.
