HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2041 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR and investigation is under progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. Hence, investigation shall be carried to its logical end.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
