THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.91 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 19.11.2016 passed in I.A.No.542 of 2016 in O.S.No.130 of 2008 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Judge (FTC), City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of similar type of petition before the appropriate forum.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
