O R D E R

The petitioner was allotted the Government quarter in question while in service and he retired from service on 30.04.2016. Complaining that the respondents 2 and 3 are seeking to evict him from the said quarter without following the due process of law, the present writ petition has been filed. When the matter is taking up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner expired and that he need the premises for a period of eight months from today for performing the monthly rituals. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed an undertaking signed by the petitioner to the said effect.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that in view of the undertaking filed the petitioner, this court may consider for granting reasonable time.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions of the learned counsel and the undertaking filed by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, granting a period of eight months from today, subject to payment of usual charges, for vacating the Quarter No.B7, Housing Board Colony, Nalgonda, Nalgonda District. It is made clear that in case of any default, petitioner would be liable for Contempt of Courts Act.

No costs.
