Alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 06.06.2005 in W.P.M.P.No.32721 of in W.P.No.25026 of 2004 by the respondents, this Contempt Case is filed.

Today, this Court disposed of the main writ petition i.e. W.P.No.25026 of 2004 allowing the prayer of the petitioner. In view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.25026 of 2004, no further orders need be passed in this Contempt Case. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this case, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as costs.
