THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI A.S.M.P.No.188 OF 2015 in A.S.No.91 OF 2010 A.S.No.91 OF 2010 COMMON JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) A.S.No.91 of 2010, under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is directed against the judgment and decree, dated 11.09.2009, in Original Suit No.15 of 1991 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Guntur.

2. A.S.M.P.No.188 of 2015 is filed by the appellants to pass a compromise decree duly recording the memo of compromise among the appellants and respondent Nos.3 to 6 while permitting the appellants to withdraw the Appeal Suit.

3. Heard.

4. Appellant No.1 represented by its Proprietor and respondent Nos.3 to 6 are present today in the Court hall. They produced Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Permanent Account Number Cards and Household card in proof of their identity. They are also identified by their respective counsel. For respondent No.5, Sri P.Sudheer Rao, Advocate filed special vakalat. All the parties stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the intervention of mediators and the same has been reduced into writing. They stated that they voluntarily entered into compromise and there is no force or pressure from anybody. So, the terms of compromise are recorded and the appeal has to be allowed in terms of the compromise.

5. Accordingly, A.S.M.P.No.188 of 2015 is allowed and consequently, A.S.No.91 of 2010 is allowed in terms of the compromise. There shall be no order as to costs.
