This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 17 of 2013 on the file of Chitvel Police Station, Kadapa District.

Learned Public Prosecutor has pointedly drawn my attention to the fact that the petitioner - accused has been acquitted on 03.02.2015 in S.C.No. 42 of 2013 on the file of the I Additional District Judge's Court at Kadapa.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
