This Criminal petition is filed under Section 492 of the Code of Criminal Prbcedure, L973 (for short .Cr.p.C.,) by the petitioners_ Accused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.473 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, I Ramachandrapuram police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 323, 504 and 506 of Indian penal Code (for short "IPC').

Briefly the facts of the case are that, the 2nd respondent _ de facto complainant filed the present complaint against the petitioners herein alleging that 1.t petitioner who is her younger daughter and 2nd petitioner who is her son-in-law (husband of 1't \ \ \ petitioner) have set an evil eye on her properties and with their I gullible words got registered the properties in the name of 1't petitioner without giving any amount. On 01.06.2022 when the 2nd respondent asked her daughter to return her properties, the petitioners beat her with hands, abused her in filthy language and threatened to kill her.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners - Accused Nos.l and 2 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1't respondent - State.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, predominantly there are disputes between the 2nd respondent and the petitioners with regard to properties, for which reason, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in FIR No.473 of 2022 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Ramachandrapuram Police Station, Cyberabad to conclude the investigation without arresting the petitioners - Accused Nos.1 and 5.
