Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in Upper Primary School, 9th Mile Thanda, Tekulapalli Mandal, Khammam District. Subsequently, she was promoted as School Assistant (English) and posted in Z.P.S.S.

(Co-education), Manuguru. However, she was not admitted on the ground that there was no vacancy in that school. Therefore, petitioner requested for posting her in Z.P.S.S. in Tallampadu or surrounding places of Khammam District. However, petitioner was asked to join duty in Manuguru. As petitioner was unwell, she did not report to duty in Manuguru. Earlier petitioner filed O.A.No.582 of 2012 for posing her in Z.P.H.S., Manchugonda or Z.P.S.S. Thallampadu before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal. Though the Tribunal directed for consideration of her case, the same was not considered. Petitioner made further representations for considering her case, but posting orders were issued posting her as School Assistant to Z.P.S.S., Muthugudem, Khammam District. Petitioner joined duty on 23.04.2012. Petitioner now seeks to treat the period from 10.11.2011 to 22.04.2012 as on duty. Accordingly, she submitted representations, latest being dated 20.09.2017. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this Writ Petition is filed.

In view of the same and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner of Director of School Education, Hyderabad, the 2nd respondent, to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in her representation dated 20.09.2017 for determination of the period from 10.11.2011 to 22.04.2012 as on duty and to pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
