HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 2155 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of 2nd and 3rd respondents in not registering the Crime pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 4.8.2016.

Now a counter affidavit is filed by the third respondent stating that the complaint of the petitioner dated 4.8.2016 was not received by them. However, it is stated that if the petitioner approaches the third respondent with a fresh complaint or with the same complaint dated 4.8.2016, they would take action in accordance with law.

In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the third respondent and lodge a complaint, if she so chooses, and on receipt of the same, the third respondent shall take action on the complaint in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
