O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging the violation of orders dated 28.01.2014 passed in W.P.No.22374 of 2014 wherein this Court directed the 1st respondent to consider the proposal sent by the 5th respondent dated 08.03.2013 and pass appropriate orders. This contempt case if filed by impleading one Sri Love Agarwarl, Principal Secretary, Youth Advancement tourism and Culture (Sports), Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad.

Sri Love Agarwal raised a question stating that since the petitioner belongs to State of A.P., the State of A.P. should take a decision in this matter and as such, the Principal Secretary, A.P., Youth Advancement Tourism and Culture (Sports), Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad has to be impleaded as a party to the contempt case.

In view of the above, the contempt case is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh contempt case by impleading the necessary parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
