The learned Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State submits that the case has been referred as 'Lack of Evidence" on 14.03.2017 in the Cr.No.416 of 2016 of Hayathnagar, Rachakonda Commissionerate, which crime is impugned herein. Having regard to the above, liberty is given to the petitioner/A.1 to impugn as per procedure if aggrieved.
