This is the second Criminal Petition filed under Sections 437 and. 439 of Cr.P.C. by petitioner/Accused No'4 seeking regular bail to the petitioner/ accused No'4 in Crime No'66 of 2023 on the file of the Nellikudur Police Station, Mahbubabad District, registered for the offence under Section 8(c) read with I Section 20 (B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the NDPS Act')' 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for State and perused the record.

On perusal of the material placed before this Court' this Court by Order dated 23.08 '2023 has dismissed the prayer of the petitioner herein for regular bail' Since there are unchalged circumstances, this Court does not find favour with the argument of learned counsel for the petitioner for grant of regular bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Needless to say, in the event of completing the mandatory period, if application is filed by the petitioner herein under Section 167 (21 of Cr.P.C., the Court concerned shall dispose of the same on the same date.
