ORDER

This criminal revision case is filed challenging the docket order dated 11.02.2008 passed in Crl.M.P.No.322 of 2008 in Cr.No.479 of 2007 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bodhan. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat has passed award on 13.07.2019 and therefore, no further orders need be passed in this revision.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
