THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4260 of 2008 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the respondent Corporation has withdrawn the impugned demand notice and entered an agreement with the petitioners in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court and therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
