This Writ Petition is filed for a Certiorari to quash the impugned order of removal of the petitioner from service issued in Proceeding No.E1/1(54)/2010-BSWD, dated 04-112011, including the domestic enquiry. The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to reinstate him into service along with all consequential benefits including backwages.

After arguing the case, Mr.V.Narsimha Goud, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail other remedies available to him in law.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accoridingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
