HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25534 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the third respondent in furnishing the certified copies pursuant to the application filed by the petitioner on 29.07.2017. He asked the following documents in the said application.

1. Statement in Chief submitted by R2, Mr K.C.Venugopal.

2. Deposition of R2 Mr K.C.Venugopal in Cross Examination.

3. Deposition of P.W.1 Mr Pradeep Chandak in Cross Examination by R2.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of instructions, submits that the third respondent is ready to furnish the said documents, but the petitioner is not cooperating.

In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the third respondent on 08.09.2017 at 10.30 a.m., and the third respondent shall furnish the required documents as stated above to the petitioner on that day.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
