HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10148 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have filed appeal before the 2nd respondent along with stay petition against the order dated 30.12.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent in case No.D.Dis(E5)/2927/2013, but, no orders are passed in the stay petition/appeal. Meanwhile, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioners. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of stay petition/appeal, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, there shall be stay of dispossession.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
