THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25614 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Standing Counsel that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order, dated 03.10.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.32313 of 2017. A copy of the said order is placed on record, operative portion of which reads as under:

"Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to allow the present Writ Petition, by setting aside the order dated 17.06.2017 passed by the third respondent.

Consequently the matter is remanded to the third respondent for fresh consideration of the application of the petitioner herein in accordance with the Memo dated 28.04.2015 and the said exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".

Following the above said order, this Writ Petition is allowed, in terms thereof, and the impugned order, dated 27.06.2018, is set aside and the respondent authorities

are directed to consider the application of the petitioner as per the above order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
