THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2290 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 75 of 2013 on the file of Ongole Taluq Police Station. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 31.07.2013 before the Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court at Ongole and the same was numbered as P.R.C.No.6 of 2014. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for committal to the Court of Sessions.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
