THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4424 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner states that, despite her complaint to respondent Nos.2 and 3 for illegal erection of gate by the fifth respondent, no action has been taken. Hence the Writ Petition. On instructions, Sri C.Damodar Reddy, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent - Corporation, states that the fifth respondent filed a suit and obtained an order of status quo in I.A.No.718 of 2014 in O.S.No.1707 of 2014; and, as such, the respondent - Corporation is unable to proceed further. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she would get impleaded in the suit, and take steps for vacating the order of status quo.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.718 of 2014, and also the implead petition filed by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the implead petition.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
