Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri R. Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (T.S.S.P.D.C.L.), counsel for respondents.

Having regard to the order dt.31.07.2017, passed in WP.No.25187 of 2017, and for reasons alike, and since the petitioner has already paid half of the provisional assessment amount and the penalty, the electricity service connection of the petitioner shall be restored; and for determination of civil liability, the case of petitioner shall be referred by the respondents to the Special Court. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
