This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, assailing the docket order, dated 28.09.2012, of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, passed in O.S.No.1296 of 2010. 2 .

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff is present. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the trial Court partly decreed the suit on 06.02.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
