Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that though he made an application on 22.04.2017 for renewal of Saw Mill licence, no action has been taken by the respondents.
It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the application of the petitioner has been forwarded by the 5th respondent to the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent has to take further action in the matter.
Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action if any such application is pending, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
