Sri. K. Gopala Krishna Reddy v. The State Of Telangana Rep By Its Principal Secretary
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34676 of 2015 ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner was that the Station House Officer, Kukatpally Police Station, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District, the second respondent, was interfering in his civil dispute with the unofficial respondents herein in relation to plot No.25 in Sy.No.100 of Nizampet Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly concedes that a mistake was made in the description of the second respondent and that it is the Station House Officer, Kukatpally Housing Board Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, who is the actual authority against whom allegations are made. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Kukatpally Housing Board Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, furnished written instructions dated 05.11.2015 to the office of the Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that no complaint or case had been received by the said police station against the petitioner. The SubInspector denied the allegation that the petitioner was called to the police station on the dates mentioned and was pressurized to settle the matter with the unofficial respondents.
He categorically asserted that at no point of time, the police authorities summoned the petitioner or asked him to settle any issue. The afore-stated stand of the police authorities as set out in the written instructions is duly taken on record. In the light thereof, no adjudication is warranted in this writ petition and this Court deems it unnecessary to put the unofficial respondents on notice.
The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 25th November, 2015 IBL
