HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2210 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.09.10.2012 in I.A.No.526 of 2009 in I.A.No.315 of 2009 in O.S.No.172 of 2009 passed by the I Addl.Senior Civil Judge, Nellore whereby an application filed under Order I Rule 10 r/ w 94(E) and 151 CPC was dismissed. As there was no stay pending during the pendency of the petition, the suit itself was disposed of on 08.10.2014 as per the information called for by the registry in ecourts. Therefore, nothing remained to adjudicate by this Court. Hence, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
