Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in failing to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.07.2016 and 12.01.2016 for rectification of illegal entries made in possessor column in the adangals by conducting panchanama and enquiry for the land admeasuring Acs.29.18 guntas covering Survey Nos.199, 202 and 203 situated at Kuntloor Village of Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary'.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits to direct the authorities to complete the enquiry initiated pursuant to the notice dated 07.11.2015, after considering the objections raised by him. Learned Government

Pleader submits that he has no objection for the same, provided the enquiry is still pending.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to complete the enquiry initiated pursuant to the notice date 07.11.2015, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks, after considering the objections raised by the petitioner and after hearing all the affected persons.
