Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Ramchander Goud for 1st respondent.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing the degree certificate despite completing the 4 year B.Tech Course in the year 2011 and submitting written representation, as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents herein to issue the Degree Certificate to the petitioner herein..".

At request of learned standing counsel, writ petition was adjourned on 18.02.2016 to today to enable the counsel to get instructions.

Today, Mr.V.Ramchander Goud places before the Court the scanned copy of credits acquired by the petitioner and the same is accepted.

From the copy of credits, it is evident that the petitioner is yet to complete a few of the subjects in 4-year degree course. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to make a representation to the 1st respondent/University to permit the petitioner to take up and write the failed subjects and appropriate orders are passed by the respondents. Standing counsel submits that if a representation is made, keeping in view the interest of student, appropriate orders will be passed.

The statements of learned counsel appearing for the parties are accepted. The petitioner is given liberty to represent along with copy of this order to 1st respondent within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 1st respondent considers and disposes of the representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of representation. The writ petition is disposed of with the above

direction. No order as to costs.
