Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in not allotting a seat in the MBBS course to the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.V.Sai Kumar, learned Counsel

for the petitioner, submitted that in the absence of an interim order, the petitioner was not given admission in the MBBS course and that due to efflux of time, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
