Sri K. Suresh Reddy, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, would submit that the revision petitioner had expired about four years back due to illness and the illness was also mentioned by the trial Court while recording the sentence of conviction. Therefore, the present revision case gets abated.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
